Whiffling: Admirer

This is for the prompt, Admirer in whifflings 

_{I ended up choosing the poppy themed, Winona because her markings are stunning but also because poppies are one of my favorite flowers~
With the prompt being admirer I wanted to make a small scene that really played up how lovely this little whiffling is and so I thought she'd look nice among the willow branches by the water, something that woud go with the elegant and calm pose I aimed for c:}
